I'm Carey Flamer-Powell, a surrogacy industry veteran with over 15 years of expertise in this field. I completed a journey as a gestational surrogate, have built 3 surrogacy programs from the ground up, served as the Co-Vice President of SEEDS, and co-founded a surrogacy non-profit. I know first hand the unique challenges experienced by surrogacy agency owners. I have led my own teams through rapid growth, and shaped the brand experiences that intended parents and surrogates trust. Now, I help agency owners do the same — with less overwhelm and more impact.

I've spent the last 15 years of my career inside surrogacy, leading operations, mentoring teams, and shaping the client experience for thousands of intended parents and surrogates.
I am the original founder and owner of All Families Surrogacy, Surrogacy Mentor and Modern Parent Mentor. I served as the Co-Vice President of SEEDS, LGBTQ Advisor and Board Member of PVED and I co-founded the Oregon Surrogacy Professionals Association. I also completed a journey as a gestational carrier, and I am the mother of a sperm donor conceived child. I know what it feels like to hold this work with both heart and purpose.
Prior to working in surrogacy, I spent 15 years as a business coach and holding management positions in the corporate world. Today, I partner with a select group of agency owners who want to grow sustainably, build stronger teams, create (or maintain) an impeccable reputation and lead with heart.
